ConsultingGodCR — free game statistics and tools

1.1. ConsultingGodCR (the “Site”) is a free, independent website that displays publicly available statistics about video game players across multiple games, and provides related tools such as leaderboards, player profiles, comparisons, and game-specific advisors (for example deck, matchup or map suggestions).
1.2. The Site is an informational service. No goods or services are sold, and no payment is requested from users at any point.
1.3. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2.1. The Site is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or associated with any of the game publishers (Supercell, Valve, Chess.com, Jagex, Krafton and Bandai Namco), platforms (FACEIT, Chess.com) or community data sources (Wavu Wank, the Old School RuneScape Wiki) referenced on the Site.
2.2. Game names, logos, card and item artwork and other in-game assets referenced on the Site are trademarks or copyrighted material of their respective owners, including Supercell Oy, Valve Corporation, Chess.com, LLC, Jagex Limited, KRAFTON, Inc. and Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. and FACEIT. All such material is used here for identification and descriptive purposes only.
2.3. Any use of such material is intended to fall within the terms of the respective publishers’ fan content or developer policies. Rights holders who consider any content on the Site to be used improperly may contact us and it will be reviewed promptly.
2.4. The chess engine used by "Play on from here" is Stockfish (stockfish.js 19), free software released under the GNU General Public License v3. It runs in your browser from unmodified files we host; its source code is available at github.com/nmrugg/stockfish.js, and the license text at /engine/COPYING.txt.
3.1. Player statistics, rankings and game data are retrieved in read-only mode from official APIs and public community sources. Each game section identifies its data providers.
3.2. The Site displays information that the games themselves make public. It does not access private account data and cannot modify any game account in any way.
3.3. We never request, collect or store game account credentials. No feature of the Site requires them. If anyone asks you for your game login while claiming to act on our behalf, it is not us.
3.4. Searching for a player does not create an account and does not save a profile. The only user-generated content stored is a deck that a user explicitly chooses to share, so that the resulting share link keeps working.
4.1. The data shown is provided by third-party APIs. It may be incomplete, delayed, cached, temporarily unavailable or inaccurate for reasons entirely outside our control.
4.2. Tools such as deck, matchup or map advisors and player comparisons are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are automated suggestions, not advice, and they carry no guarantee of any result in-game or otherwise.
4.3. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
4.4. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Site or any of its features at any time, without notice and without liability.
5.1. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5.3. This does not apply to search engines and similar services indexing the Site in the ordinary course of operating a public search index — being found through search is how most visitors reach the Site.
5.4. Access may be rate-limited or blocked where use appears abusive or threatens the stability of the service.
6.1. The Site does not currently require or offer user accounts. Every tool is freely accessible without registration, a password or any sign-up step.
6.2. If account-based features are introduced in the future (for example to save preferences), this section will be updated first to describe them and the choices available to users.
7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damage, loss of data, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.
7.2. We are not responsible for decisions taken on the basis of the information or suggestions displayed on the Site.
7.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any mandatory right granted to consumers.
8.1. The design, original text, source code and layout of the Site belong to their author and are protected by copyright.
8.2. Game data, names, images and trademarks belong to the respective rights holders, as set out in Article 2.
9.1. The Site may link to third-party sites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their practices.
9.2. The Site relies on third-party providers for hosting, analytics and consent management. Their processing of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10.1. The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2. The Site sets technical cookies that are strictly necessary, such as the one that stores your privacy choice, and these do not require consent. Visits and page performance are also measured without cookies. In addition, the Site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how its pages are used: its cookies are set only if you accept them in the consent panel, and if you reject them no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time, and review the cookies in use from the Cookie Policy linked in the footer.
10.3. Some pages let you keep a player profile at hand, for example with the buttons Remember on this device or Save player. The Site stores that profile name in your browser (local storage) only when you press the button, so that you can reopen it in one click on your next visit. For a remembered Chess.com player it also keeps the ratings and the number of games seen on your previous visit, to show what changed since then. If you press Save plan for a check-up, it keeps the date and the main figures of that improvement plan, so that a week later it can compare them with the games played in between: to do so the page asks our server for that player's games after that date, as it does for any search; the answer is held briefly in our server's memory, like any other search, and is not saved. If you use Play on from here, the result of each game you play (date, the puzzle's player, result, accuracy and level) is kept in the same way, to show your recent games. When you solve the Puzzle of the Day, the date of the last puzzle you solved and how many days in a row you have solved it are kept in the same way, to show your streak. The figures themselves stay on your device, are never stored by us or sent to third parties, and contain no other information about you. You can remove it at any time with the Forget buttons or by clearing this site's data in your browser.
10.4. When a page breaks because of an error in our code, your browser sends us a short technical report so that we can fix it: the error message, where in our code it happened, the kind of page (without player names or anything you typed) and the browser family, such as "Safari on iPhone". It contains no IP address, no cookie and nothing that identifies you, is kept on our own servers and is deleted automatically after 30 days.
11.1. These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the Site or to applicable law. The version in force is the one published on this page, together with its effective date.
11.2. Continued use of the Site after publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of it.
12.1. These Terms are governed by Italian law.
12.2. Where the user qualifies as a consumer, any mandatory protection afforded by the law of their country of residence remains unaffected, including as to the competent court.
